East Orange Residents Directory is a private reference to public-records custodians and historical collections. This policy describes the limited information associated with use of the service and links to outside record sources. It does not alter the privacy rules of East Orange, Essex County, New Jersey, or federal record custodians.

Information You Provide

When a visitor contacts us, we may receive the name, email address, and message supplied by that visitor. Do not send Social Security numbers, driver-license details, signatures, court documents, vital-record applications, account credentials, or other sensitive information. A message about an official record does not create a custodian relationship or a records request.

Automatic Technical Data

Like most web services, this site and its service providers may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, referral source, and timestamps. This information helps operate, secure, and improve the service. It is not used to create a public profile of East Orange residents.
